Return & Exchange Policy for Varden Leather
At Varden Leather, we take immense pride in crafting premium quality handcrafted leather footwear. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Sizing & Order Placement Notice
Customers are strongly advised to carefully check and review our Size Chart before placing an order to ensure they select the correct shoe size.
Please make sure to review all product images, details, and sizing guidelines thoroughly prior to purchase.
2. Exchange & Return Window
You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any issue or request a size exchange or store credit.
Requests made after 5 calendar days will strictly not be accepted.
3. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer direct cash or credit card refunds.
Eligible returns will only receive a Size Exchange or Store Credit (issued via gift card/discount voucher) for future purchases.
4. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange / Store Credit
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
The item must be completely unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition as received.
Shoes must only be tried on indoors on a clean surface so as not to damage, crease, or mark the leather and soles.
The shoes MUST be packed and returned in their original box and original outer packaging, including all tags, shoe bags, and included items in original condition.
5. Non-Eligible Items
Shoes showing signs of wear, creasing, scuffs, or sole marks.
Items returned without their original shoe box, packaging, or protective materials.
Orders where sizing was confirmed but wrong size was ordered due to not reviewing the size chart.
6. How to Request an Exchange
Email our support team within 5 days of delivery at vardenleather@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the shoes and original box packaging, and the details of your request.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share return instructions and shipping address details.
Securely pack the item in its original box and outer packaging before shipping it back to us.
